Terms of Service
Effective 2026-06-04. Based in Great Falls, Virginia, USA.
These Terms govern your use of services operated by AMDG Systems (“we,” “us”), including the Community Organizer volunteer-scheduling service. By using the services you agree to these Terms.
1. The services
Community Organizer is a notification and scheduling tool that community organizations use to coordinate their volunteers — recurring shifts, events, and assignments handled by regular volunteers. Volunteers receive emails about their assignments and, if they opt in to SMS, brief text reminders before their committed events.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your mobile phone number, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. SMS messages, rates, and frequency
- Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for text messages depending on your plan.
- Msg frequency varies. For Community Organizer, you may receive reminders before each event you have committed to; typical volume is a handful of messages per month per volunteer.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. We process opt-outs immediately.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the services to send unsolicited or unlawful content; (b) attempt to access another user’s account or data; (c) interfere with the operation of the services; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the services beyond what is necessary for your own use.
5. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to maintain the integrity of the services or to comply with the law. SMS opt-out is the fastest way to stop receiving text messages.
6. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular message will be delivered. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and on factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMDG Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
Use of the services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
